About Paramount Kitchen & Bath
History
Paramount Kitchen and Bath was founded in January 2010 by Mike Simpson. Tuned to the current economy, he opened a kitchen and bath company with a low overhead that maintained the needs of his current builders and referral business. Within a year, he saw tremendous growth and the need for additional designer help. Amy Price and Angie Taggart joined the team. Having reliable designers has equipped Paramount with the tools needed to run a successful business. Having over 30 years of combined experience enables them to offer the essential knowledge and service that is fundamental to this industry. Most of those years of experience were spent right here in Des Moines, where each of them cultivated a great commitment to the surrounding communities. Paramount makes a conscious effort to buy local to help support the local economy.
Our modest showroom serves its purpose of being effective for inspiration, while keeping the overhead manageable. Paramount wants clients to get excited about their project by seeing the options available to them without getting overwhelmed with the decisions involved in planning a kitchen or bath. They have built relationships with vendors that allow them to offer a full remodeling package, including installation.
The adjective paramount means: 'more important than anything else' or 'supreme' and that is Paramount's aim. Paramount Kitchen and Bath seeks to keep their client's needs top priority, by offering great products built into functional design at an affordable price!
